UpWellness, LLC is a United States company co-founded by Dr. Joshua Levitt, ND and Dr. Amanda Levitt, ND. UpWellness creates and distributes naturopathic health and wellness products, including UpWellness Ultra Liver. The company is headquartered in the United States and all products are manufactured in FDA-registered, GMP-certified facilities in the USA.

UpWellness, LLC operates upwellnessultraliver.com as an informational and e-commerce website dedicated to the Ultra Liver supplement. References to "the Site" in these Terms refer exclusively to upwellnessultraliver.com and not to any other UpWellness properties, websites, or platforms, which may have their own separate terms.

3.1 Permitted Use

You may use this Site for lawful purposes only, including browsing product information, making purchases, and accessing support resources. You agree to use the Site in compliance with all applicable local, state, national, and international laws and regulations.

3.2 Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to:

You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account. UpWellness is not liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to maintain account security.

We make every effort to ensure that product descriptions, ingredient lists, images, and pricing information displayed on the Site are accurate and up to date. However, UpWellness does not warrant that product descriptions or any other content on the Site is error-free, complete, or current.

5.1 Order Placement

When you place an order on the Site, you make an offer to purchase the selected products at the stated price. UpWellness reserves the right to accept or decline any order at our discretion. Order acceptance occurs when we send you a shipping confirmation email — not at the time of the initial order confirmation.

5.2 Pricing

All prices displayed on the Site are in US Dollars (USD) and are inclusive of any applicable product taxes unless otherwise stated. Prices are subject to change at any time without notice. The price charged will be the price shown at the time you complete your order.

We reserve the right to cancel orders placed at an incorrect price due to pricing errors, even after order confirmation. In such cases, we will notify you and offer a full refund.

5.3 Payment Methods

We accept major credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover) and PayPal. All payment processing is handled by PCI DSS-compliant third-party payment processors. UpWellness does not store full payment card numbers on our servers.

By providing payment information, you represent and warrant that you are authorized to use the payment method provided and that all payment information is accurate and complete.

5.4 Subscription / Auto-Ship

If you enroll in a subscription or auto-ship program, you authorize UpWellness to charge your payment method on a recurring basis at the frequency specified at enrollment. You may cancel your subscription at any time by contacting customer service before your next scheduled renewal date. Cancellations received after a renewal order has already been processed and shipped are subject to our standard Refund Policy.

UpWellness ships Ultra Liver free to all 50 US states. Orders are typically processed and dispatched within 1 to 2 business days. Standard delivery takes 5 to 7 business days from dispatch. Expedited shipping options are available at checkout for an additional fee.

Estimated delivery dates are not guaranteed. UpWellness is not responsible for delivery delays caused by carrier errors, weather events, natural disasters, customs inspections (for international shipments), or other circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

Title and risk of loss for ordered products pass to the customer upon delivery to the shipping carrier. If your order is lost in transit, please contact customer service and we will work with the carrier to resolve the issue.

For international shipping availability and rates, please contact customer service at (800) 876-2196. International customers are responsible for any applicable customs duties, import taxes, or fees imposed by their country.

All returns and refunds are governed by our Refund Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. Key terms of that policy include:

• Original shipping and handling fees are non-refundable

17.3 Binding Arbitration

If informal resolution is unsuccessful, any dispute, claim, or controversy arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of the Site or purchase of products (other than claims for injunctive or equitable relief) shall be settled by binding arbitration administered by the American Arbitration Association (AAA) in accordance with its Commercial Arbitration Rules. The arbitration shall be conducted in the English language in Georgia, USA, unless you and UpWellness agree otherwise.

The arbitrator's decision shall be final and binding. Judgment on the award rendered by the arbitrator may be entered in any court of competent jurisdiction. You and UpWellness each agree to waive the right to a jury trial and the right to participate in a class action lawsuit or class-wide arbitration.

17.4 Small Claims Court Exception

Notwithstanding the arbitration requirement, either party may bring an individual claim in small claims court for disputes within that court's jurisdictional limits, provided the action remains in small claims court and is not removed or appealed to a court of general jurisdiction.

UpWellness reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. When we make material changes, we will:

• Update the "Last Updated" date at the top of this page
• Post a notice on the Site homepage for at least 30 days following significant changes
• Send an email notification to registered account holders for changes that materially affect their rights
